升降机使用详细说明
1. 使用方法/HOW TO OPERATE
液压升降平台（以下简称平台）在出厂前均已检验调试，各项技术指标均达到设计要求，用户使用时只需按步骤操作；液压和电器系统非专业人员不许调整。
The hydraulic lift(Hereafter called as the lift) has already been inspected and debugged ahead of delivery, each detail can meet or exceed the requirement of the design, all users only need to follow our instruction to do the operation. Besides the designated technicians nobody will be allowed to adjust the hydraulic and elctromagnetic systems.
1) 平台初次使用时（或经过长途运输使用）要认真检查液压和电器系统，确保无渗漏或线路无松动后方可使用。
Ahead of its first use or the use after a long distance transportation, the hydraulic and electric systems must be checked to make sure that there is no leakage or wire connection loose.
2) 移动式（或牵引式）平台使用时，支腿应牢固地支撑在坚实的地面上，必要时可使用枕木，将平台调至水平位置。
In case of movable or Towing style lift, four supporting legs should be firmly supported on the solid ground surface;Wood sleepers could be applied to adjust the equipement to the horizon level when necessary(This can be checked visually).
3) 固定式平台若有导向装置，检查导向机构，确保导向良好后方可升降作业。
If the lift is a fixed one with a guiding device, it msut be ensured that the guiding device works well ahead of each use.
4) 长时间不使用的平台，使用前应空运行1到3次后方可加载作业。
The lift not in use for a long time can be used again after it works for 1 to 3 cycles without any load on it.
5) 载荷的重心应处于工作台面的中心位置。
The loads’ barycenter need to be in the center of the working space as possible as it can.
6) 工作台的活动门关牢锁紧后方可作业
The hinged door of the safety bars need to be closed and locked correctly before each use.

支撑阀控制系统（产地：鞍山）
Retaining Valve Control System (Hydraulic Pack made in Anshan,Liaoning Province)
该系统通过电磁阀的起闭控制平台的升降，电器系统为自锁控制。工作时,接通电源，按“起升”按钮，电机启动，液压系统工作，平台升起，升至标定高度后行程开关工作，平台停在标定高度；平台起升过程中，可随时按“停止”按钮,平台即停止起升，工作完毕，按“下降”按钮，电磁铁吸合，电磁阀动作，平台下降。降至原始高度后，按“停止”按钮，断开电磁铁电源。此控制方式无手动起升装置，断电状态下，可通过手动推杆使系统回油，平台下降。
This system controls the the rising and falling of the lift by turning on or off the eletro-magnetic valve. In use, switch the power on, press UP button on the switchboard to start the electromotor, the dydraulic system begins to work, then finally the lift will rise to the designated height under the control of the travelling button. In the process of the rising, the lift can be stopped at any height by pressing STOP button. After operation on the lift, press DOWN button to activate the elctro-magnetic valve until the lift falls down to the original position, then press STOP button to power the elctromagnetic valve off.The system has no manually-operated device in charge of the rising and falling, when the power is off, the manual handle could be used to return the hydraulic oil to the tank, the lift also can fall down by this method.
2. 注意事项/CAUTIONS
1) 平台工作时，工作台面应保持水平状态。
The working space must be kept in the horizon level in use.
2) 室外作业时，六米以上的平台应系安全绳。
As for the 6mm and above high lift,safety belt must be applied during the use outside.
3) 平台在升降过程中严禁一切人员攀爬。
Anybody must be not allowed to climb along the lift when it is rising up or falling downward.
4) 支腿未撑紧不得作业，平台起升后不得移动。
Don’t try to move the lift after it rises, and do not perform any operation on it unless four supporting legs are supported firmly.
5) 严禁超载、超限，升降过程中不得移动平台上的物体。
Both overload and overheight are forbidden. Do not try to move the objects on the lift during any operation.
6) 液压油要保持清洁，不得混入其它杂质。
Hydraulic oil should be kept clean and unpolluted by water and other impurities.
7) 当平台出现故障无法正常工作时，应及时切断电源维修，严禁设备代病作业；非专业人员请勿拆卸液压件和电器元件。
When the lift can not work as usual due to some malfunctions, the power shall be cut off immediately，Any lift with defects must not be used until it is fixed completely；Only the designated technicians are allowed to take apart the hydraulic and electroic parts.
8) 设备确需维修时，应将平台升起顶牢后方可进行。
The lift must be supported firmly ahead of each maintenance which is necessary.
3. 日常维护/MAINTENANCE
1）设备要由专人操作和维护。
The lift shall be operated and maintained by the designated personnels.
2) 液压油一般半年换一次。冬季用N32号抗磨液压油；夏季用N46号抗磨油。
Replace the oil once every six months.Anti-abrasive oil No.N32 is used in the winter time and N46 is used in the summer time.
3)经常检查铰接部位的润滑情况，按时加注润滑油，防止出现干摩擦。
Check the lubricating situation on the hinged connection and lubricate these parts as scheduled to avoid dry-friction between the connected parts.
4) 设备不用时，要妥善存放，严禁室外存放，并且要加防尘罩。
When not in use, the lift shall be stored properly and not be allowed to be put in the open air, it’s better to cover a shield on the equipement.

In case of movable or Towing style lift, four supporting legs should be firmly supported on the solid ground surface;Wood sleepers could be applied to adjust the equipement to the horizon level when necessary(This can be checked visually).
3) 固定式平台若有导向装置，检查导向机构，确保导向良好后方可升降作业。

支撑阀控制系统（产地：鞍山）

This system controls the the rising and falling of the lift by turning on or off the eletro-magnetic valve. In use, switch the power on, press UP button on the switchboard to start the electromotor, the dydraulic system begins to work, then finally the lift will rise to the designated height under the control of the travelling button. 2. 注意事项/CAUTIONS
1) 平台工作时，工作台面应保持水平状态。
